We spend time up front getting to know you and your group—including skill levels, past travel experience, group dynamics, priority regions, golf appetite, and more—to design the perfect trip for you.

Based on your goals, we map out one or two initial trip concepts in an interactive video format that our customers love.

We’ll guide you across a map of your destination, adding context and color to the courses we recommend. You can easily share the link with your group to get buy-in, build excitement, or discuss your options, and revisit it as often as you’d like.

Once we’ve landed on a trip outline, we build out a formal proposal.

This includes all golf courses, accommodations, and internal travel details, as well as a per player cost.

When your group is comfortable moving forward, we take a 50% deposit—this reflects the deposits we’ll owe courses and hotels as we start making your bookings.

Next, we get to work making the puzzle pieces fit together.

We’ll keep you in the loop as the details fall into place, but will otherwise take all the heavy lifting off your plate. We encourage our customers to be in touch as much as they feel comfortable throughout this phase.

When your trip is finalized, we’ll deliver a digital package that includes a complete itinerary and all booking confirmations.

We’ll also share a list of non-golf suggestions here, like where to caffeinate, refuel, and celebrate along the way.

Your final payment is due 90 days out from the first day of your trip.

We send daily email itineraries and set up a WhatsApp group to keep in touch throughout your trip.
